Pricing questions

How much does ACS cost?

ACS costs £299 to £429 per home per month plus VAT, depending on contract length. 48 months is £299, 36 months is £349 and 24 months is £429. Every term includes the same features.

Why does the price depend on the contract length?

A longer commitment lets us offer a lower monthly price. You choose the term that suits your organisation. The features are the same on all three.

How do we get set up and bring our records across?

We set up your home, young people and staff accounts and train your team. Tell us what you keep now (paper, spreadsheets or another system) and we will explain on the call what can be brought across and how a phased start would work.

Is training included?

Training is part of getting started with ACS. We will go through what your team needs on the demo call. You can also see our training page.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your records belong to your organisation. Our GDPR and data retention pages explain your rights, including data portability. Ask us on the call how an export would work for your home.

Where is our data held?

ACS is hosted in the UK and EU under UK GDPR. Our security page has more detail.

Does ACS use AI on our records?

ACS has Olivia, a built-in help assistant that answers how-to questions and does not discuss individual young people. When you contact ACS support, AI may suggest a category and draft a reply, which ACS approves before it is sent. Each organisation has a switch to turn AI processing off.

Can we see ACS before we commit?

Yes. Book a 20-minute demo and we will show you ACS with examples like your own records, with no obligation.
